Everton boss Sam Allardyce has hinted he's ready to stand by Sandro Ramirez and Davy Klaassen.
Allardyce believes the Blues have a responsibility to help players from abroad settle.
He said: "It's difficult for a player from abroad to settle immediately.
"It's more difficult when a club is struggling to come and show the talents that they showed abroad, and time is what they need sometimes.
"They come into a different country, a different culture, a different environment, different training programmes from your previous club - and if it's the first time you've travelled that's even more difficult.
"It's our responsibility to make sure that not only are they comfortable here at the club, but that they're comfortable where they live and their partner is comfortable with the choices that they've made - and when they go home, apart from being disappointed if they're not included, that everything is okay.
"If there are problems that way then there are even more problems with the player breaking into the side and doing well."
