Everton and Blackburn Rovers are chasing Getafe striker Roberto Soldado.

The News of the World says the former Real Madrid ace is valued at £8million after scoring 12 goals in La Liga this season and is also wanted by Bayer Leverkusen and Valencia.

"This is not the first time I have had calls about Soldado," said agent Alberto Toldra.

"I tell the clubs to speak to Getafe directly because they have not told me whether they will be willing to sell him in the summer.

"He is happy where he is for now but he wants a bigger challenge in the future."
