Everton are struggling to find an agreement for Valencia midfielder Ever Banega.
Everton are hopeful of capturing Banega, but the 21-year-old is cup-tied in Europe and Valencia are now believed keen to keep the player, says the Liverpool Daily Post.
Banega created both goals in his team's 2-0 win over Sevilla on Sunday night.
