Charlton Athletic youngster Ezri Konsa is a target for Liverpool and Everton.
The Mirror says Charlton have agreed to sell their England Under-20 World Cup winner Konsa for £5million.
The 20-year-old, rated as the best young defender in the country by Addicks boss Karl Robinson, is at the centre of a tussle between Merseyside duo Everton and Liverpool.
Liverpool want to team the centre-back up with fellow Charlton product Joe Gomez, 20.
But Everton are in pole position after signing Ademola Lookman a year ago from Charlton and sending chief scout Martyn Glover to watch Konsa last month against Blackburn.
