Everton attacker Marouane Fellaini admits he enjoyed his deeper role in defeat to Sunderland.

Fellaini was played in central midfield for the 1-0 reverse.

"I tried to be everywhere but I played more defensive today," he told evertontv. "That was my role and I like to play there. I tried but they had two strikers and wingers - I helped a little bit but not a lot."
