Everton midfielder Ross Barkley is struggling to make their top four crunch game with Arsenal.
Barkley, 20, came off at half-time and manager Roberto Martinez rates his chances as 50-50 to be ready to face the Gunners.
He said: "He's such a quick healer and a young man so we hope he is going to recover in time for the game on Sunday.
"Over the next three or four days we will have a clearer idea of where he is and we are going to treat every day as it comes.
"It is fair to say it is 50-50. We need to make sure we recover him well and I'm confident in two days we will know where we are."
