Even Everton stewards gave Moyes guard of honour

Everton boss David Moyes admits Sunday's last home game in charge left him slightly embarrassed.

The players delivered the new Manchester United manager a 2-0 victory over West Ham United.

Moyes, who has been in the home dugout since March 2002, revealed even the club's stewards gave him a guard of honour earlier in the day.

He said: "When I came in the ground all the stewards clapped and I didn't know what to do."
