Manchester United defender Jonny Evans admits a halftime hairdryer from Sir Alex Ferguson inspired them to victory at Ajax on Thursday.
Evans admitted a half-time blast from boss Alex Ferguson helped inspire United to victory over in Holland.
"They are very open and like to play it out from the back. I think we were a bit too open ourselves but we got a better shape and went from there.
"We'll be looking to keep it tight at the back at Old Trafford and stamp our authority on it a bit more." He said: "There were some harsh words from the manager as we didn't get to grips with things in the first half. They were the home team and play a similar way to Barcelona.
