Portuguese legend Eusebio says England cannot rely on Manchester United star Wayne Rooney alone if they want to win the World Cup.

Eusebio refused to single out England's star players such as Rooney when discussing their World Cup chances.

"Not one player can win it for the team, it has to be a group effort, everyone has to play well,' he said.

"I am a Manchester United fan and Rooney is a great player who has had a great season, but the whole team must perform."
