EUROPA LEAGUE THIRD QUALIFYING ROUND 2nd LEG: A goal in each half was sufficient for Fulham to progress in the Europa League 2-0 on aggregate against RNK Split.

After a scoreless first leg away in Croatia, Fulham eased through into the next round with a 2-0 home success over RNK Split . The Cottagers had struggled in the first leg but were much more assured on home turf and took a first-half lead through Andrew Johnson's header.

This set the tone for the rest of the game with the home side dominating and doubling their advantage just before the hour mark from the penalty spot.

Brede Hangeland was fouled by Velimir Vidic in the box and Danny Murphy slotted home from 12 yards.
