Euro2016: Hodgson quiet on England's starting strikers

Roy Hodgson has not yet revealed who he will start up front in England's final Group B fixture at Euro2016.

In the 1-1 draw wth Russia, Hodgson had Harry Kane as a striker alongside Raheem Sterling and Adam Lallana and in the second match - the dramatic 2-1 win over Wales - he used the same trio.

However, he replaced Kane and Sterling with Jamie Vardy and Daniel Sturridge at half-time which helped guide the Three Lions to victory courtesy of second-half goals from the pair.

Ahead of Monday night's meeting with Slovakia, Hodgson spoke highly of Vardy and Sturridge but gave nothing away in regards to the attacking formation and personnel he would be using in Saint-Etienne.

"Jamie and Daniel did very well when they came on against Wales and I'm sure they would like to start (against Wales)," Hodgson told reporters.

"The options are there. We have spoken at length on many occasions about the options available, especially in the front positions and nothing changes.

"It's a decision to be made."
