Eden Hazard is excited to return to the city where his professional football career kicked off.
The Chelsea playmaker will lead Belgium into battle in the Euro2016 quarter-final with Wales on Friday night which takes place at the Stade Pierre-Mauroy.
While Hazard never played at the stadium, he did spend more than seven years with the club, and admits there is a nervous excitement ahead of his homecoming.
"It's always nice to come back to Lille," Hazard said.
"This is where I experienced my first emotions as a footballer.
"It feels great and this is my first time in this stadium. I hope I experience something similar to the previous stadium in Lille."
Hazard joined Lille as a 14-year-old and won the Ligue 1 title with Les Dogues five years ago.
