Dickson Etuhu insists Fulham can cope with Jimmy Bullard's departure to Hull City.

He said: "Jimmy's a good player and of course it's a blow. But we must compete as a team to move on.

"Everyone is focused. With or without Jimmy the team will have to carry on. We've got good players."
