Besiktas are battling to convince Chelsea striker Samuel Eto'o about a move to Turkey.

Besiktas have made contact with Eto'o's camp about next season as his contract expires this month.

However, the Cameroon legend would prefer to remain in London and his representatives have been seeking talks with Arsenal and Tottenham in recent days.

Eto'o's ideal option would be Arsenal, where he'd hope to enjoy another Champions League campaign next term.
