There was speculation his relationship with Jose Mourinho was in decline after the Chelsea manager was quoted by a French TV station last month questioning his age and ability in an off-the-record conversation.
But Eto'o feels he still has a lot to offer at the highest level and said: "I am happy here [at Chelsea]. My age is not important. I work the same like Oscar or Eden Hazard. I have more experience and this is good for the team.
"It is an amazing thing [to score 300 club goals] but I have maybe two or three years more [in my career]. I think I'm going to score more goals."
