Samuel Eto'o has pleaded with fans to forget about "the four fantastic ones" after Barcelona drew a blank at Racing Santander yesterday.

Thierry Henry started the game on the bench and Eto'o said: "They played well defensively, but we had a good game, although we needed to score. We must forget about the four fantastic ones, because we have a great group, there are many players with quality aside from us.

"It was called on Henry to be substitute today, but tomorrow I could be and there will be no problem."

Barca midfielder Xavi added: "There's no need to ring the alarm bells. The season has just started."
