Inter Milan striker Samuel Eto'o is demanding of himself more goals this season.

Eto'o was a key figure in the Treble-winning campaign, albeit by playing in a wider role than he is accustomed to and netting 16 times.

“I don’t know how many goals I scored last season,” he shrugged in the Gazzetta dello Sport.

“If I score fewer than 25 goals, I don’t even count them. However, I do remember one favourite from that term.

“I will particularly recall the one I scored against Livorno with an overhead kick. In my career I’d scored in every way – with my head, my ear, my hand, my backside – but never with an overhead kick.”
