Eto’o blocked from Inter Milan’s clash with Chievo

Samuel Eto'o will miss Inter Milan's clash with Chievo Verona.

Eto'o had wanted to play in the game, but has been blocked by the Cameroon Football Federation, which have insisted he join their pre-African Nations Cup camp.

Eto'o will play the first-half of Inter's friendly against Al Hilal today before jumping on a plane from Paris bound for Kenya.

"I'm sorry, I want to play against Chievo, but my national team ...," Eto'o shrugged to reporters yesterday.
