West Ham winger Matthew Etherington is relishing his new role supporting the strikers. The 27 year old said: "This is really suiting me, getting more involved in the game instead of being out on the wing relying on the other lads to get the ball to me. It has given me a bit of extra freedom and I think everyone is enjoying it."

The former Tottenham player has two goals in six starts this season, and hit the winner at Fulham last Saturday.
