Estrada returns to action via Seattle Sounders reserves

Seattle Sounders forward David Estrada made his return to competitive play with a second-half showing for the reserve team.

The 24-year old Mexican-born forward played the second half as the Sounders twos lost 3-2 to Portland Timbers' reserves.

Estrada had been out for three months with a broken foot but was able to get back to action giving the Sounders a boost ahead of the playoffs.

Jordan Morris and Isidro Prado-Huerta netted for the Sounders who went down because of Timbers goals scored by Mike Fucito, Brent Richards and Kris Boyd.
