Michael Essien insists he's committed to Chelsea.

The Ghana powerhouse has been linked with AC Milan, Inter and Real Madrid since the end of last season.

But Essien insists: "I know the rumors, but do not care.

"I stay calm. No one at Chelsea has said anything, I just have a contract I intend to fufil."
