Espanyol were finalising a deal for Sevilla attacker Ndri Romaric last night.

The 28-year-old midfielder has initially joined on a one-year loan but Espanyol have an option to buy. If that happens, Romaric would pen a four-year contract with the Barcelona-based club.

Romaric joined Sevilla from French club Le Mans in 2008, having previously played for Beveren in Belgium.
