Espanyol plan talks with the representatives of goalkeeper Carlos Kameni in the coming days.
The Cameroon international is off contract in June, but Espanyol supremo Daniel Sanchez Llibre is confident of securing him to a new contract.
Sanchez Llibre also must decide whether to hand new deals to Ivan de la Pena, Chica, David Garcia, Rufete and Lacruz, who are all off contract in June.
