Dinamo Bucharest are refusing to allow midfielder Adrian Cristea to move to Espanyol on-loan.
Dinamo are insisting on a straight cash sale of Cristea for €1 million.
However, Espanyol want to take Cristea on-loan but have had their offer of €250,000 for a six-month loan turned down by Dinamo.
