Espanyol are continuing their pursuit of Pumas winger Pablo Barrera.
The Mexico international is also a big money target for West Ham United.
Sport says Espanyol are in talks with Pumas about several scenarios, including co-ownership.
The Catalans would pay €4 million for Barrera's outright sale, or €2 million for 50 per cent of his registration.
