Espanyol are in talks today for Real Murcia striker Ivan Alonso.
The Uruguay international centre-forward has also attracted a bid from Real Valladolid, but Murcia chiefs favour selling the player to Espanyol.
A former River Plate star, Alonso has spent the last five seasons with Segunda Liga Murcia.
