Espanyol have struck terms with Bologna to extend the loan of striker Pablo Osvaldo.
The Argentine-born Italy U21 international was a revelation for Espanyol last season and will spend next term again on-loan with the Catalans.
Osvaldo scored seven goals in 20 matches, making him the side's highest goalscorer this season.
