Espanyol defender Nico Pareja has welcomed interest from Napoli.

The Argentine has been put up for sale by Espanyol this summer and is courting interest from several clubs, including Napoli.

"Italian football is very important, just like in Spain, and Napoli is a great club. I'm pleased with their interest, but before anything they must agree a deal with Espanyol," said Pareja.
