The agent of Sevilla defender Julien Escude has ruled out a January move to Tottenham for the Frenchman.

Bruno Satin told setantasports.com: "First of all they have to sort their dispute with Sevilla before making some business with them.

"Then we will see if there is a possibility to do some moves.

"Players who have been linked to Spurs are part of our clients: Julien Escude, goalkeeper Andres Palop and Russian striker Alexander Kerzhakov, so we are following Spurs' moves very carefully.

"Escude has always been very appreciated by Juande Ramos but he signed a contract extension and is very happy in the city and in his football, so there is nothing to say for the moment."
