Sven Goran Eriksson is in limbo at Manchester City.
The Times says City chairman Thaksin Shinawatra held lengthy talks with Eriksson over the weekend, although it could be a fortnight before a decision is made on the manager's future.
There have been suggestions that Thaksin may stick with Eriksson, after City gained entry to the Uefa Cup qualifying rounds via the Fair Play League last week, but with the review of the club expected to last until at least the end of the month, a decision regarding the manager is not thought to be imminent.
