Stoke City defender Erik Pieters is keen to discuss a new deal.

Pieters has just over 18 months left on his current deal.

He told The Sentinel: "I will always consider because I feel at home and am always open to talk to Stoke City.

"I don't know when, I will wait and see. This club gave me my opportunity to play in the Premier League and so I am always listening."
