Cesc Fabregas is believed to be seeking a move away from Chelsea.
Spanish publication Sport suggests that Fabregas is worried about his future at Stamford Bridge following the arrival of Antonio Conte as manger.
Fabregas was left out of Conte's starting XI for Monday night's Premier League season opener against West Ham United and it is understood that he is open to a West London departure.
Real Madrid remain interested in the former Arsenal and Barcelona star with the report suggesting his representatives have spoken to the Spanish club's president Florentino Perez regarding a summer transfer for the 29-year-old.
Conte started N'Golo Kante on Monday night with Nemanja Matic and Oscar also taking up central midfield roles while Fabregas spent the entire 90 minutes on the bench.
Italian champions Juventus are also believed to be continually showing interest in Fabregas who is contracted with Chelsea until 2019.
