Chelsea and Manchester City are eyeing Barcelona's converted right-back Sergi Roberto.
The young Spaniard has kicked off the season in superb form, with coach Luis Enrique singing his praises after victory over Sporting Gijon.
Roberto has a deal to 2019 with Barca and is currently among the lowest paid players of the senior group. His buyout clause is set at €40 million.
The defender, who is a natural midfielder, is being tracked by City, Chelsea and PSG, says Don Balon. All three are in contact with the player's representatives.
The growing interest has led to Enrique to demand Barca bring forward plans to discuss new terms with Roberto's minders.
