Standard Liege starlet Axel Witsel will not be joining one of the many English clubs after him.
Liege have decided not to sell the 19-year old midfielder who has attracted interest from Man Utd, Man City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Bolton and Middlesbrough and the club has revealed that they have already rejected a massive offer for him.
"I had a bid of 20million for Witsel and it was refused," Liege's vice-president Luciano D'Onofrio said.
"It is not even a question."
