England's proposed friendly with France has been postponed after the two nations were both drawn in Group F for the Fifa Women's World Cup in Canada. England head coach Mark Sampson said: "France approached us to postpone the friendly after the draw and following discussions we agreed to it."
Sampson added: "Our intention is to prepare as thoroughly as possible for the tournament with a balance of training and matches against opponents with a variety of playing styles.
"We hope to name another opponent for our April fixture as soon as possible."
