England U21 coach Stuart Pearce was happy to name Wilfried Zaha in his Euros squad yesterday.
Manchester United's £15million new-boy Zaha, 20, scored both goals to help loan club Crystal Palace beat Brighton 2-0 in Monday's Championship play-off semi.
Pearce said: "With Wilf, you have to understand he is still very young, he's still got another two years with the Under-21s.
"But he is enjoying his football. You could see that with the smile on his face when he scored against Brighton.
"He has come on as a centre-forward for the Under-21s and I think if you look at his second goal at Brighton, it was very much a centre-forward's finish.
"He was happy to get in close contact with the central defender, he rolled him and finished very well.
"He is an improving talent who can give you highs and lows over a season. He's a young man learning the game but his brilliance has got Palace to a play-off final."
