England U21 coach Gareth Southgate is delighted with the form of Liverpool winger Raheem Sterling.
Southgate says the teen is getting the rewards for his attitude towards his profession.
"Raheem went to the Under-17 World Cup three years ago with players like Nathan Redmond and Nathaniel Chalobah. None of these lads is a surprise to us.<> "I can only say when Raheem has trained with us, his attitude to practice has been excellent. He's physically and mentally tough, as well as having this technical ability. In the prototype of the modern wide player, he also works incredibly hard for his team out of possession."
