England U20 coach tells his kids to follow Man Utd star Pogba

England U20 coach Aidy Boothroyd is using Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba as an example to aspire to for his young players.

Boothroyd believes the Manchester United star is a shining example of the benefits of bringing players through the national youth teams.

"Pogba, is a great example of a player who only a few years ago was playing in the Under 19 championship," said Boothroyd.

"The year after he's playing in the [Under 20] World Cup and a few years after that he's the world's most expensive player.

"It's an amazing story but it's there for all of our boys to show what they are all about."
