England Under-19s had to settle for a point in the opening game of the European Championship in Estonia, reports The Guardian. Noel Blake's side drew 1-1 with Croatia in Tallinn, coming from behind thanks to a 60th-minute equaliser from Chelsea's Nathaniel Chalobah.
"I suppose when you come from behind you've got to be reasonably satisfied but overall I thought in the first half Croatia had the better opportunities to have scored maybe one or two more," said the head coach Blake.
"But I thought in the second half there was only one team going to win the game and that was us. I was really pleased with our second half performance."
