Chelsea ace Frank Lampard is set for an immediate England recall.

The Sunday Mirror says Roy Hodgson is facing a World Cup injury crisis after Arsenal's Jack Wilshere and Tottenham midfielder Scott Parker were ruled out the first two qualifiers against Moldova and Ukraine in September.

And that could pave the way for Lampard to be recalled after missing the Euros through ­injury.
