Roy Hodgson has made it clear that he has no plans beyond the 2016 FIFA World Cup.
Following UEFA's announcement on Friday that Wembley Stadium in London would play host the semi-finals and final of Euro2020, the Three Lions boss was asked if he was looking forward to the tournament in six years' time.
But Hodgson was cautious in response, suggesting that the main focus was indeed the 2016 World Cup in Russia and not the European championships.
"I am not considering that (Euro 2020) at the moment. My interest is 2016," said Hodgson.
"I don't ever project further than a couple of years in football, although I realise UEFA and FAs have to do that.
"But for me, 2016 is the most important thing and then we will see what happens after that."
