England observers surprised by player attitude in Ukraine defeat

England observers were surprised by the casual manner of Fabio Capello's players during defeat to Ukraine on Saturday.

The Daily Mail says the chaotic organisation at the Dnipro Arena in Ukraine at least allowed the media the rare privilege of observing the players coming into the dressing room.

Appearances may be deceptive but Tottenham's Aaron Lennon, substituted when goalkeeper Robert Green was sent off after 14 minutes, gave the impression he couldn't care a jot.

He was whistling with his hands in his tracksuit pockets at half-time and there was a similar casual demeanour after England's defeat.
