Newcastle midfielder Jack Colback has missed out on the chance to make his England debut on Wednesday against Norway after failing to recover from an injury. Three Lions coach Roy Hodgson added that none of the other uncapped players - Calum Chambers, Danny Rose and Fabian Delph - will start at Wembley.

"I've let the players know," he said.
