Gordon Banks is unsure if Birmingham City goalkeeper Joe Hart is ready for full England honours.
Banks, the England keeper when the World Cup was won in 1966, is a Hart supporter. But the all-time great does have concerns about Hart's lack of big match experience.
Banks, who won 73 caps, told the Sunday Mirror: "Joe is playing exceptionally well. I went to see him play for Birmingham at Stoke and if it hadn't been for him then Stoke would have won the game.
"I also saw the game against Chelsea and again he got his team some points.
"The only problem with Hart is that he doesn't have the experience behind him of playing for England.
"I know the World Cup is coming up this summer but would the England manager be tempted to try him? It's a real tightrope to walk on."
