England keeper Hart: We want to win Euro2016 but talk is cheap!

England number one Joe Hart has targeted a victory in next summer's Euro 2016, but wants the Three Lions to do their talking on the pitch.

Roy Hodgson's side have already qualified for the tournament but Hart doesn't want his side to let their momentum slip in their upcoming matches against Estonia and Lithuania.

City star Hart has targeted success in the UEFA tournament in France but says he knows that when push comes to shove, England needs to perform.

Hart said: "We are going to go there hoping to win. We're creating something good, but the real test is at the tournament. It's all very well getting results in qualification - we've done that for years - but it's about doing well in a tournament.

"Our ultimate aim is to go to the tournament next year and win it, but talk is cheap, as we've proven in the past.

Hart also talked about the mentality that England need to adopt in order to ensure they leave France next July with no regrets and that it starts on Friday against Estonia.

Hart added: "We take sport very seriously in this country - throw everything at it. So if we don't succeed there are no excuses.

"We want to win against Estonia and Lithuania, then we have got some really tough tests against nations who are going to be in and around looking to win the tournament."
