Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart believes that England can take plenty of positives from the 2-0 friendly defeat against Spain.
Spain inflicted England's first defeat since the 2014 World Cup thanks to second-half goals from Mario Gaspar and Santi Cazorla on Friday.
Hart, who was England's stand-in skipper, believes it was a decent performance despite the negative result.
"If we are going to take anything from the game, as a squad, we're going to stick together and take positives," he said.
"I thought that Spain ran out of ideas. The wonder goal they scored was one of the only ways they were going to get through."
