Harry Kane is set to make his first international start for England on Tuesday night.
The Three Lions meet Italy in a friendly in Turin and Tottenham star Kane will start alongside captain Wayne Rooney after scoring less than two minutes into his debut in Friday's 4-0 Euro2016 qualifying win over Lithuania at Wembley.
"It's nice to see both of them (Kane and Rooney) on the field together," England boss Roy Hodgson said.
"They played a lot in training and I am pleased to see them playing together from the start. Harry certainly deserves his chance and I'm looking forward to the game."
Kane got his first taste of senior international football late last week after plundering 29 goals for Spurs in all competitions including 19 in the Premier League to lead the scoring charts with Chelsea's Diego Costa.
