England boss Fabio Capello says he's prepared to axe any of his players from the World Cup squad if they step out of line.
The players have already felt the full force of Capello's fury when one dared to step out of line.
Before the recent clash with Ukraine, Capello hurled a dinner tray against a wall after spotting striker Emile Heskey using his mobile phone at the table.
And in an insight into his ruthless leadership style, he claimed anyone who fails to abide by his rules is letting down the ENTIRE squad.
Speaking at the Global Sports Summit in London, he said: "It's about having respect. For example, I cannot understand why 20 players have to wait for two that arrive late.
"I also do not understand why people have no respect for rules that we have or anything like that.
"You must respect the coaches and others that work with you. It's all about having that respect.
"There is only one boss - me. I can explain decisions to people if they want it, but it's impossible to influence my decision.
"Everyone knows that the last decision about who plays in the team is always mine."
