On-loan Empoli midfielder Sebastian Giovinco has won big praise from teammates.

Giovinco, whose registration is owned by Juventus, has been likened to Chelsea legend Gianfranco Zola after a superb season.

"He has extraordinary quality and always tries to improve. He has everything needed to reach the senior Nazionale," commented Vittorio Tosto on Radio Kiss Kiss.

"His technique and characteristics allow him to overcome the height gap. He is the new Zola.

"Winning in Sardinia would be very important, but clearly not at all easy. We will try to get a positive result so that we can play our cards until the end of the season.

"I think that upon reaching 38 points a club is 95 per cent safe, so with two wins and two draws we could achieve another season in Serie A.

"This year the fight to avoid relegation is particularly tough and everyone has to battle until the last second of the final game."
