The pair clashed both inside the stadium and the dressing room after the 2-2 draw and had to be spoken to by security.
Last night, Corsi explained: "When we scored I leapt up and celebrated. I believe some of our fans said something to the Roma directors and they thought I was behind it.
"In the dressing room, I chose to say something, when perhaps I should have tried to cools things down.
"I was wrong to react to the provocation, but over the years I have seen a lot worse.
"If I see Tempestilli again, I will offer my hand. I have a good opinion of him, even if he doesn't think a lot of me."
